Edinburgh (50 miles), Glasgow (95 miles) and Newcastle (65 miles) are all within driving distance, with Edinburgh being a particular favourite of guests. Scotland's capital city is well worth a visit. It's packed with attractions such as Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile, as well as being home to such internationally renowned events as the Fringe Festival.
